PERFORMANCE AND ARTISTRY

At Toulon Design, we have an obsessive pursuit of perfection for our milled putters. That same obsession applies to the Toulon Garage, a unique customization platform where golfers can design their own putter. These are built by the same craftsmen who make putters for the best in the world. And now we’re beyond excited to share our newest limited edition Small Batch.

Small Batch is an avenue where we can exercise our creativity on unique offerings. These include new designs, materials, finishes, hosels, hand welds, mill patterns, and stamps. As craftsmen, nothing gets us more excited than new products that move golfers emotionally, while showcasing our artistry and our continued dedication to making the best milled putters in the world.

Past Small Batch Releases

Austin Carbon

First released in 2017, the Toulon Design Austin has become a staple among our collection and on Tour. This classic putter features a wider cavity, taller and straighter shoulders, more aggressive and very rounded bumpers with generous blends and a gently rounded top line. This version is however, quite different than any Austin releases that have preceded it. Precisely milled from very soft carbon steel, this design has an incredibly soft yet responsive feel. Weighing in at 360 grams it features our H1 hosel that creates 53 degrees of toe hang. This putter also has a magnificent new Satin Black Oxide finish and a single line in the flange.

Monaco

A smaller rendition of our most popular design, the Las Vegas. This compact winged mallet is meticulously crafted from 303 stainless, milled to perfection with our H3 short neck hosel. The smaller size allows for more mass behind the face which gives the Monaco exquisite sound and feel. The face features our fine double fly cut mill pattern and the finish is a never before released bright midnight charcoal.

Carbonetti Brooklyn

The Carbonetti Brooklyn putter is based on our Atlanta model, a beautifully simple mid-mallet that has been used by many touring professionals and has recorded wins all over the world. This Small Batch putter uses the old European Elm wood from the Prospect Park tree, which Jimmy painstakingly handcrafted into the sole plate.

La Grange

At 345 grams, this new La Grange is a lighter weight version of our sought after La Grange model with special attention paid to the final shape of the shoulders, the shallower bumpers, and the thinner flange. The top line is slightly flatter and offers a slight contrast to the more rounded body shape.

Santa Monica

The Road stops here. Route 66 that is. Our Small Batch Santa Monica is a classically designed blade that shares many design cues from our very popular San Diego model. It also has some subtle differences.

Austin Longneck

Home, home on the Greens. This classic putter features a wide cavity, tall straight shoulders, small and very rounded bumpers with generous blends and a contrasting white alignment line in the flange. What sets this release apart is the elegant long neck hosel design. This maximum length hosel creates less toe hang and perfectly suits a stroke that uses less rotation. Paired with our frosted Charcoal PVD finish, burnt orange paint fill it is as beautiful as it is functional. Weighing in at 360 grams with 20 degrees of toe hang. This incredible piece will be a welcome addition to your bag or as a centerpiece in your collection.

Austin

First released in 2017, the Toulon Design Austin has become a staple among our collection and on Tour. This undeniably classic putter features a wide cavity, tall straight shoulders, small and very rounded bumpers with generous blends and an elegant sight dot on a relatively flat top line. Weighing in at 360 grams it is a true retro mod. As a guitarist from Austin, Texas would say, it’s our ‘Pride and Joy’.

La Grange RS

This offering, the Small Batch La Grange RS features our 904L stainless steel. Used by one of the most renowned Swiss watch makers, this material is uniquely interesting for use in a putter. Because of its properties, 904L is very time consuming and difficult to machine. But as in this case, incredible things come to those with patience. Slowing down the machining process and using specially made tools, this material comes to life in unimaginable ways. 904L polishes to a luster unseen in putter making and provides a feel that is so pure and rewarding it is difficult to define.

SSM Proto

This is our take at an undeniable classic in the history of putter design. Before the high MOI blade putter was developed in Phoenix, Arizona, this style of putter dominated the Tour and marketplace for decades. This putter features our Deep Diamond Mill Pattern on both sides with the Odyssey swirl on one side and the Toulon Design logo on the other. The tungsten sole weights lift its overall weight to modern standards.

Magnolia RS

Our Concept RS represents further study into the refinement of performance and aesthetics for Toulon Design putters. These exceedingly rare examples have unique design features that showcase extreme attention to the most intricate details, new materials, and in many cases new finishes.

Santa Monica RS
