FREE RETURN SHIPPING
For returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To obtain an RMA and your FREE UPS Return Shipping Label, follow the instructions here or contact a Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-888-382-9525.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.
Delivery Timeframe
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends. They may experience delays or disruptions due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control. Please note any failure in credit card authorization and verification can delay shipping.
1. Standard Shipping:
“In-stock” item orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster.
2. Expedited Shipping:
“In-stock” item orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date the order is placed.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster.
3. Express Shipping:
Express shipping offers the fastest delivery, with orders arriving within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed. This only applies to in-stock and non-customized orders.

Customized orders and backordered items will ship via UPS Express upon completion or receipt of backordered items.
4. Custom Orders:
Orders requiring customization will ship via the chosen shipping method AFTER customization is completed. Express shipping methods will NOT expedite custom build timelines.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to monitor your shipment's progress. If you encounter any tracking issues or need assistance, please contact a Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-888-382-9543or via email.
SHIPPING PROBLEMS
In rare instances of shipping problems, contact the fulfillment partner listed in your shipping confirmation email or call us toll-free at 1-888-382-9543. If your shipment is delayed or missing, please have your order number ready when you call.
If your shipment arrives damaged, do not open the box or remove any packaging materials. Contact a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Topgolf Shop or our fulfillment partners to process a damage claim with the shipping provider.
UPS INTERCEPTS
Any change of address post-shipment (UPS Intercept) will incur a $15.00 USD charge per tracking number. Initiate this request by phone at 1-888-382-9543.
ALASKA/HAWAII SHIPPING
Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via expedited shipping. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. For in-stock standard orders, processing takes 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
APO/FPO SHIPPING
Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Items sent to these addresses must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, submit written notice of non-receipt to Topgolf Shop. Upon receipt, a claim will be filed with the USPS. If the USPS cannot provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will have the option of a full credit or reshipment of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Topgolf Shop does not ship or bill orders to international addresses outside the United States.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, and Affirm. If payment processing issues occur, ensure the provided credit card information matches your billing statement. Any payment issues will be communicated via email or phone.
SALES TAX
State Sales Tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Tax is applied at the unit level, and exemptions may apply to certain items.
